Only Fools and Horses fans in a frenzy as Mickey Pearce, James Turner and Tony Angelino stars re-unite in epic snap

Iconic Only Fools actor Patrick Murray sparked a fan frenzy after sharing the photo with fan on Twitter

Only Fools and Horses legends who played Mickey Pearce, Tony Angelino, and James Turner have been pictured together for the first time nearly 20 years since the show aired for the last time.

The three sitcom actors all attended a recent reunion in Margate, where the famous Jolly Boys’ Outing was filmed. Adored actor Patrick Murray played Mickey Pearce sporadically throughout the show between 1983 and 2003.

The 66-year-old from Greenwich, who also famously starred in the movies Scum and Quadrophenia, first arrived in Peckham as Rodney Trotter’s (Nicholas Lyndhurst) pal Mickey during the Healthy Competition episode of Only Fools, and remained a fan favourite until the sitcom’s final episode.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, April 8, Patrick shared a photo alongside Philip Pope, who played Tony Angelino in the Stage Fright episode in 1991, and Michael Jayston who played James Turner in Time on Our Hands in 1996.

Patrick jokingly captioned the image: “Back to Margate with Philip Pope and Michael Jayston. We don’t look a day older”, followed by a string of laughing face emojis.

Only Fools and Horses fans were left ecstatic to see the three actors pictured together and left a flurry of compliments on the post, with one person writing: “Love it!”.

A second added: “OF&H. Never bettered. Best ever”, while a third stated: “Great pic.”

“How time flies”, said one of Patrick’s followers as another chimed in with “Awesome Pat, you’re a local legend.”
