Escort is introducing its new Slugger series of pump-action shotguns for 2020. The Slugger is a synthetic-stocked shotgun with textured grip panels for use in multiple environments. This durable security shotgun is available in two styles. Available in 3-inch magnum 12-gauge, both Slugger models come in a durable, all-weather, black finish.
Built with durability and simplicity in mind, the Escort Slugger is made to work hard. The fixed blade front sight is large and easy to find in low light, but doesn’t have the fragility of a fiber-optic sight. Built-in sling studs provide solid attachment points for a variety of slings and the extended pump handle is easy to operate without over-extending your reach. Coupled with a fixed cylinder 18-inch barrel, the 5+1 capacity offers a balance of portability and firepower, and the soft rubber buttpad absorbs recoil and improves shooting comfort.
The Tact model also features a soft rubber pistol grip with contoured finger grooves and an extra sling mounting point. The buttstock provides an improved cheek weld and space to hold five additional shells for greater carrying capacity. Additionally, the fore-end also has a length of Picatinny rail for mounting lights, lasers and other accessories.
