Only Fools and Horses

Only Fools and Horses legends barely recognisable as they get together for reunion

The beloved Only Fools and Horses actors reunited at a recent convention

The Only Fools and Horses legends look unrecognisable in a recent reunion photo after getting together almost 20 year after the hit BBC sitcom ended. Several of the cast members – including Philip Pope, Michael Fenton, Daniel Peacock and Patrick Murray – were spotted by fans at recent convention that took place in Hull.

The stars were beaming as they posed for the cameras. Phillip Pope, who had a minor cameo appearance on Only Fools and Horses, playing club singer Tony Angelino in the classic episode Stage Fright, cut a casual figure as he styled a blue blazer and shirt and grey trousers.

Actor Patrick Murray – who starred as Mickey Pearce in the series – looked dashing in an all black suit with a black hat and plain white shirt, whilst Michael Fenton and Daniel Peacock both opted to wear sleeveless shirts to the big event, with the Alan Perkins actor going for something slightly bolder – a Hawaiian shirt.

An avid fan of Only Fools and Horses, Sam Thorpe, was able to capture a truly iconic moment. Taking to Instagram, Sam wrote: ‘Great Only Fools and Horses evening in Hull tonight. Was great to meet some of the cast including Philip Pope AKA Tony Angelino, Michael Fenton Stevens AKA Alan Perkins who I also know best for his role as Sir Henry in Benidorm, Daniel Peacock AKA Mental Mickey and finally Mickey Pearce himself Patrick Murray!’

Patrick Murray is arguably the most famous among the cast, who’d recently came together, as he featured in a number of Only Fools and Horses episodes as his character. He was a part of the beloved cast from 1983 up until 2003.

Patrick, who is now 65, was diagnosed with lung cancer. However, after undergoing treatment, the TV star was able to share that the cancer in his liver was shrinking, which he told his social media followers in May. He’d also added a heartfelt message of thanks to the NHS staff who cared for him since his diagnosis in July last year.
