Madonna Fans Horrified As She Stages Marilyn Monroe’s Final Moments

Fans took to social media on Friday to label Madonna's Marilyn Monroe inspired photo shoot as 'gross and inappropriate.'

Madonna has been heavily criticized on social media for recreating Marilyn Monroe’s death bed scene.

In the latest V Magazine cover interview, the 63-year-old Like A Virgin singer was seen laying face down on a mattress exposing her bottom.

In another shot prescription pill bottles could be seen by a nightstand.

Hollywood screen legend Monroe was found in dead in her Brentwood, California home in 1962. It is said she overdosed on sedative drugs the night before. The Some Like It Hot star was just 36.

“For some morbid and eerie reason, Madonna decides to re-create Marilyn Monroe’s death bed,” pop culture expert Mike Sington tweeted.

“That’s so out of order and disrespectful towards Marilyn Monroe’s death…. What’s next? Maybe dressing of Elvis for a bathroom death scene… Smh. Its not cool,” a comment read online.

“What a huge disrespect for MM’s memory! A new low. Very tasteless, as well as Photoshopped to the point that she can be called a cartoon character,” a third chimed in.

Madonna was previously trolled after she shared sexy images with her 16.7 Instagram followers that some found offensive.

The 63-year-old showed off her crotch as she posed on all fours, exposing her black briefs.

The mom-of-six sported a lacy cleavage-displaying top underneath a large sleeveless fur vest. She added style to the look with a red and black checkered mini skirt. The cultural icon donned thigh-high black tights that she wore with studded, strappy black booties. Her hair was dark at the roots but gradually lightened to blonde in a set of long braids.

Madonna accesorized with a plethora of silver-toned necklaces with large star and cross pendants. Around her wrist she rocked a stack of bracelets. The Evita actress hit several suggestive poses, including one with her legs spread as she stuck her tongue out and held a thumb up.

Although the seven-time Grammy winner recieved over 150,000 “likes” some cruel commenters thought it was “too much” and even claimed she may have dementia.

“Does she have dementia?” a shady commenter boldy wrote online.

“I wondered this, she does remind me of a woman I care for who is accelerating backwards,” a second agreed.

“Something wrong with her. Does she understand we don’t find this attractive,” a third commented.

But some came to the “Like A Virgin” singer’s defense.

“No, she doesn’t have dementia – but she does have almost one billion dollars,” a fan wrote.
