Paul McCartney is adding a second night to his “Got Back” tour visit to Boston’s Fenway Park in June.
The 13-city tour kicks off on April 28 and runs through June 16. McCartney’s original schedule had him playing at Fenway Park on June 7 for his fifth career performance at the home of the Boston Red Sox.
As of Friday, a June 8 concert was added to the tour.
He first performed at the 110-year-old ballpark on Aug. 5, 2009, and his most recent performance at Fenway was on July 17, 2016.
Tickets for all tour dates will be on sale to the public beginning at 10 a.m. Feb. 25. American Express card members can purchase tickets before the general public from 10 a.m. Tuesday through 10 p.m. Thursday.
“Got Back” marks McCartney’s first series of live shows since his “Freshen Up” tour wrapped in July 2019.
